MAHALO TO ALL OUR DONORS AND SPONSORS!
We wouldn’t be where we are today without your ongoing generosity and support!
We are happy to report that - in 2021 - the Napili Bay and Beach Foundation raised nearly $250,000 in contributions and grants! Of that, more than $190,000 went directly to our ongoing projects - which you can read more about via the links below. P. S. In case you're wondering - the balance is being saved for ongoing project costs.
What’s better – since we are a 100% volunteer-run organization, our annual administrative expenses were only $3000 (that’s only 1.3% of our annual income). We take great pride in being a very efficient organization!
Since 2017, when work started diligently on the beach restoration effort, we’ve seen a tenfold increase in our annual income! During these past five years, we have raised nearly $500,000 which we have used towards our holistic approach to beach restoration at Napili Bay - stair replacement (also known as getting rid of hard structures that cause beach erosion), and water quality monitoring. It’s not just about bringing sand back to the beach, although that’s the biggest piece. We’ve been hard at work these past several years focusing on all these projects that benefit Napili Bay and Beach.
Mahalo nui loa for doing your part to save our beloved Napili Bay and Beach!
